Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Elective valve replacement surgery under general anesthesia with cardiopulmonary bypass; 4. Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 2. Patients with preoperative infection, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, or malignant tumors; 3. Individuals with autoimmune diseases or those who have been using immunosuppressants for a long time; 4. Individuals from whom peripheral venous blood samples cannot be obtained or whose samples are of inadequate quality;

Measure the concentrations of branched-chain amino acids and other metabolites in macrophages;Measurement of the concentrations of branched-chain amino acids and other metabolites in PBMCs, as well as the expression levels of key enzymes involved in the above metabolic pathways (e.g., BCAT and PP2Cm, which are related to branched-chain amino acid metabolism);Determination of plasma levels of branched-chain amino acids and other metabolites;Plasma inflammatory cytokines IL-1ß and TNF-a;Cardiac function parameters: cTnT, CK-MB, LVEF, etc.;WBC count;Postoperative 48-hour body temperature;ICU length of stay;Duration of postoperative mechanical ventilation;Postoperative complications;
