Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Elective valve replacement surgery under general anesthesia with cardiopulmonary bypass; 4. Signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 2. Patients with preoperative infection, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, or malignant tumors; 3. Individuals with autoimmune diseases or those who have been using immunosuppressants for a long time; 4. Individuals from whom peripheral venous blood samples cannot be obtained or whose samples are of inadequate quality;
