Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure as stipulated in the "2024 Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure"; 3. NYHA cardiac function classification is at level II-IV; 4. Has no comprehension or reading disabilities; 5. Voluntarily participates in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Along with other serious diseases, malignant tumors, patients in terminal stage, and those undergoing dialysis; 2. Those with hearing impairment or difficulty in language communication; 3. Patients diagnosed clinically with Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia; 4. Those with a history of depression, anxiety or other mental disorders in the past.
