Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-84 years, any gender; 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) =95%; 5. Able to understand the study content and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbid heart diseases: ischemic heart disease, heart failure (NYHA class >= II), active arrhythmia, pulmonary hypertension; 2. Comorbid lung diseases: severe asthma, moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), interstitial lung disease, history of lung surgery; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. Known or expected difficult airway (Mallampati class >= III, thyromental distance < 6 cm, mouth opening < 3 cm, etc.); 5. Presence of consciousness disorders or mental illness, unable to cooperate with discomfort assessment; 6. Acute upper respiratory tract infection or fever within 2 weeks before surgery; 7. Allergy to anesthetic induction drugs (propofol, opioids, muscle relaxants).
