Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Meeting the COPD diagnostic criteria in GOLD 2024; 3. Having undergone exercise rehabilitation at home or having a need for exercise rehabilitation; 4. Giving informed consent and voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of mental illness or accompanied by cognitive dysfunction; 2. Patients with severe hearing or speech impairments that affect communication; 3. Patients in an unstable condition, intubated patients, and critically ill patients; 4. Patients with incomplete data collection.
