Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Consecutively enrolled hospitalized patients who were found to have left atrial appendage (LAA) thrombus on cardiac contrast-enhanced CT imaging (including atrial, pulmonary vein CT, and coronary CT angiography) at the Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University and the Department of Medical Imaging of Linyi People's Hospital between February 1, 2015 and January 1, 2025.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diseases such as patent foramen ovale, left atrial myxoma, or severe valvular heart disease; 2. Patients with chest trauma, major surgery, or severe infection within the past 3 months; 3. Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients hospitalized due to immune system disorders, hematological diseases, or end-stage malignant tumors; 5. Bedridden patients or those unable to communicate verbally.
