Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Clinically diagnosed with sepsis or septic shock according to the 'Third International Consensus Definitions for Sepsis and Septic Shock (Sepsis-3); 3. Admitted within 24 hours of onset or diagnosed in the emergency/ICU of this hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2. Patients who are discharged or die within 24 hours of admission and for whom complete clinical data cannot be obtained; 3. Patients with severe mental illness who cannot cooperate with follow-up, or those with an expected survival of less than 24 hours; 4. Patients who refuse to participate in this clinical study.
