Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with NSTEMI according to the guidelines[6]; 2. Undergoing CAG with findings supportive of an NSTEMI diagnosis; 3. Undergo TnI, ECG, TTE, LVO, and MCE examinations within 24 hours prior to coronary angiography.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other cardiac conditions, such as severe valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, or dilated cardiomyopathy; 2. Patients diagnosed with NSTEMI were excluded if they were classified as extremely high-risk according to the guideline criteria[6]; 3. History of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery; 4. Poor echocardiographic image quality precluding adequate analysis.
