Interventions
Milrinone group (M group).:At the start of surgery, milrinone is continuously infused at a rate of 0.2-0.5 µg/kg/min to maintain the cardiac index (CI) > 2.5 L/min/m^2.
Milrinone + SVV group (Group S).:Based on the guidance of permissive high SVV (13%-18%), restrictive fluid infusion is performed. When SVV 18%, appropriate trial fluid infusion is conducted. At the
Conventional Nitroglycerin Group (X).:At the start of surgery, nitroglycerin is continuously infused at a rate of 0.5-1.5 µg/kg/min.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent elective laparoscopic partial hepatectomy under general anesthesia at our hospital from May 2026 to May 2027 were included. Neither sex was restricted. Age: 18–80 years. BMI: 18–30 kg/m². ASA classification: I–III. Informed consent was obtained from the patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preoperative history of severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease; arrhythmia; severe dysfunction of vital organs; severe hypotension; shock; long-term use of sedatives and analgesics; refusal to sign informed consent form.
