Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.There are 10 full-time undergraduate students at Beijing Sport University, with 5 males and 5 females; 2. Physically healthy, without any clear diseases of the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, neuromuscular system, musculoskeletal system, or other health conditions that would make them unsuitable for participation in physical fitness testing; 3. Possessing a sports level of first-class or above in volleyball, and able to safely complete standardized warm-up and related tests under the guidance of researchers; 4. Willing to complete the entire experimental procedure as required by the study, including six laboratory visits for testing and the completion of relevant questionnaires and record forms; 5. Voluntarily participating in this study and having signed an informed consent form; 6. Able to control recent training, sleep, caffeine intake, alcohol consumption, smoking, and other behaviors that may affect experimental results as required before testing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of diseases affecting the cardiovascular, respiratory, neuromuscular, or musculoskeletal systems, or recent exercise-related injuries, pain, or other health issues that may impact test safety or result interpretation; 2. Current use of medications, supplements, or other interventions that may affect neural excitability, heart rate response, muscle function, or exercise performance; 3. Relevant contraindications to study-related experimental conditions, such as sensitivity to coupling agents, or other situations unsuitable for exposure to the corresponding experimental conditions; 4. Failure to control sleep, training, caffeine intake, alcohol consumption, smoking, or other relevant behaviors as required prior to the experiment; 5. Inability to understand experimental requirements, inability to cooperate with the prescribed procedures, or researcher judgment that the individual is not capable of safely completing the study's tests and interventions; 6. Individuals who experience significant discomfort, adverse reactions, injuries, withdraw prematurely during the experiment, or fail to complete key testing procedures; 7. Severe missing data that precludes inclusion in subsequent statistical analysis; 8. Other situations deemed unsuitable for inclusion in the study by the researchers.
