Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASD:(1)After psychiatric examination, children with a clear diagnosis of ASD (such as DSM?5). Specialist report with severity of previous diagnosis. (2)3-12 years old; (3) study in general schools or special schools; 2.TD : (1) Children with normal development and no history of ASD, ADHD, etc (2)3-12 years old;(3)study in general schools;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ASD: (1) Unable to understand simple instructions or tolerate basic ophthalmic examination; (2)Patients with neurological comorbidities, such as uncontrolled epilepsy; (3)Those with severe mental retardation who cannot complete the feedback (such as IQ below 50); 2.TD: (1) First degree relatives have a diagnosis of ASD;
