Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the Rome III or Rome IV diagnostic criteria for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and have received a confirmed diagnosis from a physician; 2. Currently in the acute exacerbation phase (abdominal pain at least twice per week in the past month); 3. Aged >=18 years; 4. Own a smartphone and be proficient in operating mobile applications; 5. Provide informed consent and be willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Organic gastrointestinal lesions; 2. History of other organic diseases or gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Currently taking any psychiatric medications or receiving psychological therapy.
