Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Recent graduating junior college or undergraduate nursing students participating in clinical internships at hospitals; 2.Voluntary consent to participate; 3. Proficiency in Mandarin communication; 4. Age 18 years or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Withdrawal from the internship program during the study; 2. Withdrawal from the training midway through the internship.
