Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Operate in a central operating room; 2.There were no temperature abnormalities (body temperature 37.5 °C)1 week before operation; 3.The surgical site does not involve the nasopharynx and a temperature probe can be placed intraoperatively; 4.Patients undergoing surgery under general anesthesia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with sweating dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction, body temperature regulation center damage and other diseases affecting body temperature; 2.The need to cool down during an operation (as in heart surgery) because of illness or surgical need; 3.Severe dysfunction of liver, kidney, heart and lung; 4.The operation time is less than 90 minutes; 5.Before anesthesia or within 30 minutes of the beginning of the operation to take active heating measures (especially warm air heater, electric blanket, water temperature blanket, etc.
