Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone total thyroidectomy and were pathologically diagnosed with DTC; 2. Meet the postoperative 131I treatment indications for thyroid cancer as outlined in the 2015 ATA "Management Guidelines for Adult Thyroid Nodules and Differentiated Thyroid Cancer". 3. Follow-up time >= 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other malignant tumors or major diseases in the past; 2. Received 131I treatment multiple times; 3. Incomplete follow-up data;
