Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 18 and 30 years (generally at least 18 years old; for minors who have achieved the required athletic level but are under 18, written informed consent from a legal guardian is additionally required); physically healthy; national second-level athlete or above (sport discipline not restricted); with extensive training experience or participation in provincial-level or higher-level competitions. No systematic psychological intervention or attention-regulation training within the past three months. Normal or corrected-to-normal visual acuity (=1.0); no history of severe psychiatric or neurological disorders; no use of medications affecting the central nervous system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current diagnosis of cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, severe musculoskeletal problems, recent history of head injury, epilepsy, or symptoms of excessive anxiety/depression; pregnant or breastfeeding women; history of allergy to electrode gel.
