Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old or above. 2. Fluent in Chinese and proficient in using digital devices such as smartphones and tablets, capable of operating social media. Must be able to understand and answer the questions in the Chinese questionnaire under the assistance of medical staff. 3. Diagnosed with advanced or metastatic solid tumors in the past eight weeks (such as stage III or IV lung cancer, esophageal cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, urogenital system cancer, gynecological cancer or soft tissue sarcoma), and with an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status Score (ECOG score) of 0-3. 4. Expected survival period of more than 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe mental disorders or other comorbid conditions who are unable to provide informed consent or participate in the study due to their condition. 2. Patients with significant communication barriers, such as severe speech or hearing difficulties. 3. Patients with cognitive impairments based on a score of >=7 on a brief orientation-memory-attention test, or identified by the clinical team or medical records. 4. Patients currently receiving other forms of psychological treatment or intervention.
