Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting for diagnosis and treatment at our hospital; 2.Aged 18–74 years; 3.Able to comprehend and voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 4.Meeting the clinical diagnostic criteria for alcohol-associated fatty liver disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to provide informed consent; 2.Unable or unwilling to complete the procedures required by the study; 3.Currently participating in other interventional clinical trials; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Complicated with other hepatobiliary diseases, such as autoimmune liver disease,viral hepatitis, etc; 6.Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or renal insufficiency; 7.HIV - infected or with AIDS; 8. Received chemotherapy or alkylating agent treatment for malignant tumors within the past 2 years. 9. Other cases where the researchers consider the participant unsuitable for the study.
