Inclusion criteria: 1.Age <= 18 years; 2.Elective thoracoscopic mediastinal mass resection;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Ultrasound-guided mediastinal mass needle biopsy; 2.Concurrent additional surgical procedures (e.g., partial lung resection, abdominal tumor resection, spinal tumor resection); 3.Missing data exceeding 10% of total variables;
