Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with coronary heart disease (CHD) in a stable condition. 2.Aged 60–80 years. 3.New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class II–III. 4.Normal cognitive function, capable of cooperating with training and assessments. 5.Voluntary participation with signed written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), or coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) within the past 3 months. 2.Severe arrhythmia, uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure =180 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=110 mmHg), or congenital heart disease. 3.Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction (Child-Pugh Class C or estimated glomerular filtration rate [eGFR] <30 mL·min^-1·1.73 m^-2). 4.Contraindications to aquatic environment, such as uncontrolled skin infection or severe incontinence. 5.Concurrent neurological, muscular, or skeletal disorders affecting exercise assessment or training execution. 6.Participation in other clinical trials or systematic exercise interventions within the past 3 months. 7.Any other condition deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for study participation.
