Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Newly hired fresh graduate nurses; 2.Sign a formal labor contract with the hospital; 3.Obtain nursing professional qualification; 4.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Arrange long-term (>3 months) external training, training, or deployment to an external institution immediately after joining the company; 2.Those who plan to resign or take a long vacation (such as sick leave or maternity leave) within one year;
