70 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=70, male or female 2. Closed intertrochanteric fracture of femur 3. Injury duration <= 7 days 4. BMI < 30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fracture or open fracture 2. Previous ipsilateral hip surgery history or severe hip joint disease 3. Cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate with rehabilitation and follow-up (MMSE < 18 points) 4. Follow-up data is incomplete or missing.
