Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PJ syndrome patients: 1.50 patients with PJS, confirmed by pathology as hamartomatous polyps; 2.or with melanin pigmentation and family history; 3.or STK11 gene positive; 4.Complete data. Patients with benign polyps: 1. mainly common polyps confirmed by pathology; 2. no melanin pigmentation; 3. no family history of PJS. Healthy volunteers: 1. normal physical examination indicators during the same period; 2. No intestinal polyps and related family history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PJS syndrome patients: 1. Complicated with malignant tumors; 2. History of acute infection or major surgery within the last 2 weeks; 3. Taking hormone or lipid-lowering drugs. Patients with benign polyps:1. other hereditary polyposis (e.g., FAP); 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3. Patients or their family members refused to participate in the study. Healthy volunteers: Patients with hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and other metabolic diseases.
