Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hemodialysis time >= 3 months; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. DS-II score > 9 points; 4. Conscious, no language communication barriers; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those in the acute phase of illness (such as acute infections, preparing for kidney transplantation, etc.) are unable to cooperate with the survey; 2. Those with severe physical activity limitations, lacking the ability to read and write; 3. Those unable to cooperate with the survey due to mental illness, cognitive impairment, or communication disorders.
