AI with Later Life Planning Group:It is a three-session course covering basic AI concepts, the functions of chatbots, and the key elements of effective prompting. It also includes practical exercises
Later Life Planning Only Group:Participants will first receive a three-session later life planning course focusing solely on later life planning, without any AI-assisted component. The course covers t
Waitlist Control Group:Participants will receive the same three-session AI course as those in the AI with Later Life Planning Group after completing the waitlist period.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or above; 2. Currently residing in Hong Kong; 3. Able to read, write, and speak Chinese; 4. Possessing basic digital skills, such as the ability to independently type or handwrite on a mobile phone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive, visual, or hearing impairment that would prevent completion of the intervention or assessments; 2. Any condition that would make participation in classroom learning infeasible.
