Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male, aged 18-30; 2. Possess a Chinese national-level 2 or above football player qualification and currently in active training (regularly engaging in specialized football training at least twice a week for the past 6 months); 3. In good physical health, without cardiovascular or metabolic diseases (screening through the PAR-Q physical activity preparation questionnaire); 4. Sign the "Participant Informed Consent Form" and participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with hypertension, cardiovascular disease, coagulation disorders, a history of deep vein thrombosis, or high-risk factors for thrombosis; 2. Participants with skin abrasions, unhealed open wounds, severe varicose veins, or skin infections on the proximal thigh (where the BFR compression band is applied); 3. Participants who have experienced acute sports injuries to the muscles, ligaments, or joints of the lower limbs within the past 6 months, or who have a history of lower limb orthopedic surgery; 4. Participants currently undergoing or who have undergone blood flow restriction training (BFRT) within the past 3 months (this should be excluded to prevent confounding effects from BFR adaptation); 5. Participants with a confirmed diagnosis of anemia, hemophobia, or who are currently taking medications/nutritional supplements that may affect vascular endothelial function, hemodynamics, and muscle metabolism; 6. Participants who have participated in high-intensity strenuous exercise or competition within 48 hours prior to the test, or who have an acute infection (such as fever or a cold) before the test.
