Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first occurrence of cerebral infarction confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Age 18-80 years; 3. The course of disease was 1 week to 6 months; 4. Motor dysfunction, Fugl-Meyer score < 85; 5. The patients and their families were informed and agreed to this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to stay awake and cooperate with clinical examinations; 2. CT or MRI shows multiple strokes or brain injuries, and other neurological diseases, psychiatric disorders, or severe spinal diseases are present; 3. MMSE score < 10 points; 4. Severe disability of the affected limb; 5. Recent use of tricyclic antidepressants or sedatives; 6. Epileptic seizures and history of epilepsy; 7. Presence of metal implants in the body (such as cochlear implants, pacemakers, intracranial arterial stents, intracranial vascular coils, ventriculoperitoneal shunts, insulin pumps, etc.) or contraindications to MRI; 8. Significant aphasia and comprehension disorders.
