Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing endovascular treatment; 2.Age >= 18 years; 3.Signs and symptoms onset within 24 hours after ictus; 4.Presence of occlusion of the intracranial internal carotid artery (ICA) and/or the M1 (MCA-M1) and M2 (MCA-M2) segments of the middle cerebral artery (MCA) in the anterior circulation, or tandem occlusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Loss of 3-month modified Rankin Scale (mRS) follow-up data; 2.Pre-endovascular treatment (EVT) Alberta Stroke Program Early CT Score (ASPECTS) < 6; 3.Pre-EVT National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score < 6; 4.Posterior circulation stroke;
