18 Years to 69 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke outlined in the Key Points for Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China (2019), confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 2. First-time, unilateral onset with disease duration = Stage III in the affected upper limb; 5. Well-controlled blood pressure and stable vital signs; 6. Informed consent obtained from the patient or family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Progressive stroke; 2. History of epileptic seizures or current use of antiepileptic drugs; 3. Implanted cardiac pacemaker or other metallic foreign bodies; 4. Severe cognitive impairment preventing cooperation with assessment and treatment; 5. Concurrent severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction.
