Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients met the diagnostic criteria for rheumatoid arthritis established by the 2010 ACR/EULAR, 2. Age >= 18 years, both male and female, 3. Using MTX 10–20 mg/week for >= 8 weeks and DAS28 score >= 3.2, 4. Have not used bDMARD/tsDMARD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other connective tissue diseases, 2.Patients with cardiovascular risk and liver and kidney dysfunction, 3.Patients with serious infections, malignant tumors, etc.
