Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.End-stage knee osteoarthritis, with Kellgren-Lawrence grading ranging from III to IV, for which conservative treatment was ineffective and TKA surgery was performed; 2.Knee valgus deformity less than 25°, and flexion contracture deformity less than 25°; 3.Age >= 50 years (for female patients, menopausal status must be confirmed); 4.Voluntary participation in the study and signing of the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient has a history of major surgery or internal joint fractures in the knee joint; 2.Active infection; 3.Neuromuscular system disorders, such as muscle weakness in the quadriceps femoris; 4.The patient's general condition is poor, and they are unable to tolerate the surgery due to reasons such as heart and lung failure;
