Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The study subjects were patients with clinically diagnosed type 1 diabetes mellitus who had experience using short-video platforms. 2.Public accounts on short-video platforms, with the account subject being patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus. The account information is publicly accessible without privacy settings, allowing access to public data such as the number of followers, likes, comments, and posting time. 3.Subjects must be conscious, with no history of severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, and capable of completing the interview independently. They must voluntarily sign the informed consent form, agree to participate in the interview, and allow audio recording.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute severe diabetic complications (e.g., diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar coma) in the acute phase who are unable to communicate normally. 2.Patients with a history of severe mental illness or cognitive dysfunction who are unable to cooperate with the interview. 3.Patients who have participated in interviews or qualitative studies on similar topics within the past 3 months, which may lead to response bias. 4.Patients who voluntarily withdraw from the interview halfway, or experience severe emotional breakdown during the interview and are unable to continue.
