Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Radiographically confirmed displaced pediatric humeral condyle fracture (Micheli type II or III); 2. Age <= 14 years; 3. Underwent surgical treatment (closed or open reduction and internal fixation); 4. Complete clinical and follow-up data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Open fracture, pathological fracture, or old fracture; 2. Concurrent vascular or nerve injury requiring surgical intervention; 3. Ipsilateral multiple fractures or history of previous upper limb fracture surgery; 4. Congenital elbow deformity, osteogenesis imperfecta, or other chronic musculoskeletal diseases; 5. Incomplete clinical data or loss to follow-up.
