Age
18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-59 years old; 2. ASA classification grade II-III; 3. Patients scheduled for elective thoracoscopic partial lung resection under general anesthesia; 4. Voluntarily signed the relevant informed consent form; 5. Preoperative State-Trait Anxiety Inventory score of 40 or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infections of the skin or deep tissues in the neck or chest (such as cellulitis or abscesses) may lead to the spread of infection; 2. Abnormalities in the anatomical structures around the stellate ganglion (such as tumors or severe malformations that cannot be located by ultrasound); 3. Coagulation disorders; 4. Patients with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate.
