18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 65 years (inclusive); 2. Scheduled for surgical resection involving or adjacent to eloquent brain regions; 3. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score >= 18; 4. Normal hearing and intact language comprehension ability; 5. Informed consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe comorbidities, including serious infection, epilepsy, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, or hepatic and renal dysfunction; 2. History of severe allergic reactions or inability to cooperate with intraoperative electrophysiological recordings; 3. Any other conditions deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the surgeons or investigators.
