Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Age greater than 18 years old and less than 65 years old; 2. Patients with fractures in limbs combined with traumatic brain injury as determined by imaging examination. Control group: 1. Age greater than 18 years old and less than 65 years old; 2. Patients with simple fractures in limbs as determined by imaging examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Patients who were admitted for treatment due to recent (less than 1 month) trauma combined with chronic severe infection or inflammation; 2. Patients with ischemic heart disease, severe cerebrovascular disease, liver or kidney diseases; 3. Patients who have recently (less than 1 month) used antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs; 4. Patients with incomplete clinical data. Control group: 1. Patients who were admitted for treatment due to recent (less than 1 month) trauma combined with chronic severe infection or inflammation; 2. Patients with ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, liver or kidney diseases; 3. Patients who have recently (less than 1 month) used antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs; 4. Patients with incomplete clinical data.
