Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The complete gestational sac structure was clearly displayed in all cases, and fetal heart activity was detected in the first trimester (6-8 weeks). Prenatal and postnatal diagnoses were confirmed and complete follow-up information was available. In the adverse pregnancy outcome group, the diagnosis was confirmed by postnatal ultrasound examination, surgery or autopsy after induction of labor. 1. Normal group: pregnant women were healthy, without gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, heart disease, genetic disease, etc., and without abnormal family history and pregnancy history. Ultrasound and clinical examination showed that the fetal growth indicators were consistent with the gestational age. There were no abnormal fetal findings in laboratory and ultrasound examination. 2. Adverse pregnancy outcome group: (1) Miscarriage group: embryo or fetus stopped developing before 28 weeks of gestation; (2) Preterm birth group: delivered before 37 weeks of gestation. (3) intrauterine fetal death group: fetal death, 20 weeks of gestation or fetal weight >=350g. (4) Pre-eclampsia group: hypertension (systolic blood pressure >=140mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=90mmHg) with proteinuria (>=300mg/24h) and abnormal function of at least two systems, such as thrombocytopenia or abnormal liver function, diagnosed during pregnancy. (5) Fetal growth restriction (FGR) group: early-onset FGR: gestational age 95th percentile; Uterine artery pulsatility index > 95th percentile. Late-onset FGR: gestational age >=32 weeks, abdominal circumference or EFW 95th percentile (6) Fetal malformation group: spina bifida, gastroschisis, congenital diaphragmatic hernia. (Fetal structural malformations were diagnosed prenatally by ultrasound and confirmed postpartum.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Twin/multiple pregnancies Fetal heart activity could not be detected in the early stage of pregnancy. Poor image quality (such as thick abdominal wall of pregnant women).
