Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient Inclusion Criteria: (1) Clinically diagnosed with Parkinson's disease; (2) Age > 18 years; (3) Conscious and able to cooperate with questionnaires and follow-up; (4) Voluntarily signs the informed consent form. 2. Caregiver Inclusion Criteria: (1) Able to communicate normally and complete the questionnaire; (2) Voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient exclusion criteria: (1) Combined severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, liver, or kidneys, or severe mental or cognitive disorders, making it impossible to cooperate with the assessment; (2) Participants deemed unsuitable by the researcher. 2. Caregiver exclusion criteria: (1) Unable to follow up on time or without stable contact information
