Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of intraocular surgery or ocular trauma (excluding laser iridotomy or laser iridoplasty); 2. Unclear examination of the anterior chamber angle structure; 3. Complicated with other types of glaucoma, such as primary open-angle glaucoma, various types of secondary glaucoma (lens subluxation, secondary angle-closure glaucoma, corticosteroid-induced glaucoma, angle-recession glaucoma, neovascular glaucoma, inflammatory secondary glaucoma, etc.); 4. Long-term topical or systemic use of glucocorticoids, or complicated with severe systemic diseases; 5. Patients taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet aggregation drugs, patients with unstable cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
