18 Years to 72 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-72 years old; 2. All patients were diagnosed as pancreatic cancer by pathological examination; 3. Tissue samples, imaging data and general data were fully preserved; 4. All patients were diagnosed for the first time and had not received radiotherapy, chemotherapy or other related treatment before operation. 5. The study was approved by the ethics committee of the hospital and informed consent was obtained from the patients;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe dysfunction of vital organs such as heart, liver or kidney; 2.Patients with other primary malignant tumors; 3.Patients who have received radiotherapy, chemotherapy or other anti-tumor therapy before surgery; 4.Patients who died of postoperative complications or non-pancreatic cancer-related diseases during follow-up; 5.Patients who refused postoperative follow-up or were lost to follow-up;
