Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-70 years old; 2. According to the 8th edition of the Surgical Standards published by the People's Health Press, patients with preoperative blood pressure controlled below 160/100mmHg and blood glucose controlled between 5. 6-11.2 mmol/L, and normal function of major organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys; 3. Patients with clinical staging of cT1-3N0-2 and multidisciplinary discussions deemed to have the opportunity for surgery; 4. Surgical radical resection of lung lesions must be performed and systematic lymph node dissection must be performed; 5. Postoperative pathological diagnosis confirmed non-small cell lung cancer, including adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and other types of non-small cell lung cancer; 6. All postoperative tissue samples underwent genetic testing; 7. The clinical medical records are complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone anti-tumor therapy (radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy) before surgery; 2. Patients with a history of other malignant tumors in the past; 3. Patients with combined second primary cancer at the time of enrollment; 4. There is a distant metastatic lesion; 5. The missing case data makes it difficult to determine the staging; 6. Other patients who cannot receive surgical treatment.
