Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants aged 18–28 years with a Beighton score >= 4/9 (diagnosed as Generalized Joint Hypermobility, GJH). A professional rehabilitation therapist will assess the participants using the Beighton scoring system; a score of >= 4 will be classified as generalized joint hypermobility. 2.They must have no major lower limb diseases and be able to complete the study procedures, voluntarily participating in the trial and signing an informed consent form. 3.All participants are required to have refrained from strenuous exercise for 24 hours prior to the experiment and must have no history of lower limb injury within the past six months. 4.Additionally, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) will be used to further screen and exclude participants with other joint injuries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Marfan syndrome, EhlersDanlos syndrome, or cardiovascular disease who could not tolerate the study, and other patients with incomplete gait data;
