Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Met the diagnostic criteria for motoric cognitive risk syndrome (MCR); 2. Aged >= 60 years; 3. Newly admitted patients; 4. With normal communication ability; 5. Voluntarily enrolled in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients taking medications that affect cognition, such as antipsychotics, antidepressants, and anxiolytics (e.g., fluoxetine, venlafaxine), or those who have discontinued such medications for less than 3 months; 2. Patients with self-reported visual or hearing impairment; 3. Patients with a history of stroke, Parkinson's disease, intellectual disability, or traumatic brain injury; 4. Patients with severe physical illnesses (e.g., acute myocardial infarction), extreme frailty, or other conditions that prevent them from completing the training; 5. Patients with severe mental illnesses (e.g., depression, schizophrenia); 6. Patients with functional impairment of the fingers; 7. Patients already participating in other cognitive or motor training research projects.
