Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily provided written informed consent. 2. Age >= 18 years. 3. Pathologically diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma or head and neck cancer. 4. Patients judged by treating physicians to require radiotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of contraindications to radiotherapy. 2. Concurrent other malignancies. 3. Presence of any severe comorbidities that may pose unacceptable risks or adversely affect study compliance, such as unstable cardiac diseases requiring treatment, chronic hepatitis, renal diseases, poor general condition, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (fasting blood glucose>1.5×ULN), and psychiatric disorders. 4. Deemed unsuitable for enrollment in this study at the investigator’s discretion.
