Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff tear; 2.Age > 18 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete postoperative follow-up data; 2.Missing preoperative clinical or imaging data; 3.Preoperative active shoulder infection or postoperative deep infection; 4.Revision surgery for re-tear; 5.Combined complex reconstructive procedures, such as tendon transfer or graft augmentation (autograft/allograft); 6.Concurrent autoimmune arthritis requiring long-term medical therapy
