Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years, with basic reading and writing ability; 2. Personnel who have undergone 2 or more routine physical examinations at this center; 3. Team unit members and individuals who come to the physical examination center for check-ups annually or every other year during the study period; 4. Those who voluntarily join and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with incomplete information; 2. Patients who have recently experienced acute metabolic disorders or acute diabetic complications caused by trauma, infection, stress, or surgery; 3. Patients who have been diagnosed with a certain chronic disease, have a history of malignant tumors, or have other serious illnesses; 4. Other situations in which the researcher deems the individual unsuitable for participation in this study.
