18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years, male or female; 2. Scheduled to undergo curative pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD); 3. Undergoing PD for malignant or borderline tumors, with planned antecolic Billroth II reconstruction; 4. Mentally competent and able to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 7.5%; 9. Preoperative total bilirubin level > 200 µmol/L; 10. Unable or unwilling to provide written informed consent.
