Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; gender not restricted; 2. Post-operative pathological diagnosis of primary gastric adenocarcinoma; 3. Underwent radical surgery for gastric cancer (R0 resection); surgical approach not restricted; 4. Complete routine clinical test results obtained within one month prior to surgery (including complete blood count, liver and kidney function tests, tumour markers, full immunological panel, coagulation profile and lipid profile); 5. Complete clinical and follow-up records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of other malignant tumors (excluding cured non-melanoma skin cancer or cervical carcinoma in situ); 2.Patients who did not undergo radical surgical treatment; 3.Missing preoperative clinical laboratory indicators that cannot be used as exposure variables for analysis; 4. Missing follow-up information that prevents determination of survival status and outcome time; 5.A prior history of severe liver failure, renal failure, or hereditary lipid metabolism disorders that may significantly interfere with blood lipid levels, and for whom relevant information cannot be adequately controlled.
