Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both sexes, age, NYHA class <4, BMI <30kg/m^2, undergoing elective cardiac bypass surgery, admitted to ICU after surgery, with complete clinical data, can complete data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with mental system diseases, complicated with other serious heart, brain, liver and kidney dysfunction diseases, emergency surgery, secondary cardiac surgery, airway obstructive diseases, obesity, incomplete clinical data or follow-up data, delayed sternal closure after surgery, death, and preoperative intubation.
