Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PsA Group: Meets the CASPAR (Classification of Psoriatic Arthritis) criteria. PsO Group: Meets the diagnostic criteria described in the Chinese Medical Association's Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Psoriasis in China (2023 Edition), with no clinical or imaging evidence satisfying CASPAR or rheumatologist-confirmed PsA. AS Group: Meets the assessment criteria for AS from the Assessment of SpondyloArthritis international Society (ASAS) (imaging positive or HLA-B27 characteristic), with no history of psoriasis. RA Group: Meets the 2010 ACR/EULAR RA classification criteria, with no history of psoriasis. Healthy Control Group (HC): Individuals with no history of psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, or other systemic inflammatory diseases.
