Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for total knee arthroplasty; 2. Aged >=40 years; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification II to III; 4. Signed informed consent; 5. No severe hepatic, renal, cardiac, cerebral, or pulmonary dysfunction detected in routine preoperative examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Existing neurocognitive disorders (Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score <= 23/Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score <= 26); 2. Patients or family members do not understand the process or cooperate; 3. Has undergone drug research trials; 4. History of neuromuscular disorders, abnormal electroencephalogram, respiratory or brain surgery in the past; 5. Adverse reactions to sevoflurane or other anesthetic drugs.
